Caitie and Luke

Oh boy.  I LOVE clients that we get to photograph again, and again!

You see the changes in their lives, get to share in their joy and milestones and they come to feel like they are part of our family.

This is Caitie and Luke.  We were lucky enough to do a maternity shoot when Caitie was pregnant with their baby, Miss C.  Some of my favourite photos are from then.

After Miss C was born Luke and Caitie asked us to do her newborn session.  What an honour, and fun shoot!  After finally getting Miss C to sleep we realised she was still dressed in her singlet, so parents to the rescue, and they carefully cut the singlet off without even disturbing bub!

So it was truly an honour to be asked to photograph Caitie, Luke and Miss C for a family photoshoot and to celebrate their engagement! Congratulations to you guys.

Now I can’t wait until the wedding.  It will be another occasion in their lives that they have allowed us to capture, and be a part of such special moment once again.

Laurene’s family

It’s always a bit of fun having a session with a big extended family – kids, parents, grandparents… especially a family as fun as Laurene’s extended family. It’s really nice when you finish a session and you feel like an honourary family member for the day 🙂

One of the images of the day has gone down as my favourite candid moment in a family session. See if you can pick which one.

Nikki, Brett and the girls

We met Nikki a few years ago at Images by Anderson’s first christening. We were so excited when she contacted us for a family session for her husband Brett and her two gorgeous little girls. They were all great, but little miss J in particular was a wonderful little model. Even littler miss S was good too – when you could get her to sit still! I had fun chasing her around the park, and we captured some wonderful images for them to treasure.
