Pets!

Our camera is very often aimed at people – families, brides and grooms, actors… but more and more we’re finding our clients are inviting us in to their homes to photograph their pets! That’s ok with us – we’re cat-and-dog people. And sometimes mouse people.

First up – we have Dexter and Bubba, two of the most photogenic little fellows you would ever know.

Jemimia and Daysie managed to get some modelling time in there as well. With perhaps a human photobomb from time to time.

Sometime I need to take this picture and work it in to a Jaws tribute. I’m thinking “PAWS”. Stay tuned 🙂

He has been recognised as a Fellow of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers , an NZIPP Master with Distinction, and Icon International Photography Awards Double Master .

 

Kris’ work has received gold awards at international, national and state levels for professional print judging. Most recently he was recognised as the 2024 NZIPP Australian Professional Creative Photographer of the Year, and won a coveted 2024 Icon International Photography Awards Grand Award for In-Camera Artistry. Prior to that, Kris was awarded 2019 AIPP Queensland Professional Photographer of the Year. He has also won state and national titles for AIPP Professional Illustrative Photographer of the Year.
